The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between demographic diversity and research productivity. paper attempts identify influence gender diversity, college in collaboration on productivity faculty members. based data collected from Deanship Scientific Research Office Documentation, Al Ain University (AAU). findings showed significant differences diversity.
